Overcoming Overwhelm

  • This blog post is about why you want to be wary about where you buy your supplements. I worked in the supplement industry for years and I can tell you without a doubt that it's a sketchy industry at best. I have another post here that list the things you should ask the company to know if it is actually good quality or not.

  • Cutting down on the amount of sugar you eat will always help you feel better. These are some great tips and tricks.

  • This is a link to my distributor who carries many different quality brands of supplements. Although I cannot recommend specific supplements, I have vetted the brands that I chose to include on this portal in full. You can be sure you are getting exactly what it says you are getting. Please work with your practitioner to identify specific supplements that may be right for you.

See the link above called "How to vet your supplements" for more information why you want to make sure you are ordering directly from a distributor that you know has high standards and adequate and appropriate storage (as opposed to say, Amazon or similar.)

  • You can find protein in plant based foods but most often they are higher in carbohydrates than protein. Read more about how to make sure you know what you're getting.

  • All gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, easy to prepare, and delish!
